Interview
The company recruiters had come to our college campus. Initially they held an aptitude round and then shortlisted people for interviews. The interview was for a VLSI position and a project engineer (software) position. Then we had one round of technical interview and one round of HR interview. The technical round went on for about half an hour for the project engineer position.

The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
