Interviewer did not turn on his camera, but insisted on me turning on mine. Very unprofessional, interviews are a two way street, companies are admitting that they have problems that they cannot solve on their own, so they are willing to give up some of their profitability to pay for me to give up some of my freedom to work for them. This isn't a master/slave scenario.
