I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wipro (Chennai)
Interview
It had three rounds.
First is the aptitude test.
It contained general aptitude questions(verbal, quants, logical) and with two c programs (one is a normal simple program and the other is a display pattern program)
Out of 500 only 16 got selected.
Second is the technical interview which happened the next day.
The interviewer asked questions about sql and the project.(since sql was one of my skills in the resume).Be prepared in all the skills mentioned in your resume.
Out of 16 12 went to the next round.
The final round is the HR interview
Only simple questions were asked like tell me about yourself, What you will do if you are not selected,What about the previous recruitment process ?,Are you comfortable in relocating?
In this round all the 12 were selected. I was also one among that.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
The interview process was well-structured, professional, and engaging. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Questions were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, making the overall experience positive and rewarding.
