This was through a recruiter for a contract to hire role. I spoke with the recruiters and then had a virtual interview scheduled with Winsupply. All of the people on the interview were really nice and asked typical questions you'd get in a software role. After the interview, I spoke with the recruiters and discussed how things went. I then asked them to send me a list of Winsupplys benefits. This is where they lost me. The benefits package is pretty horrible. For a company this size, it's pretty unescusable, really. I told the recruiters that I was no longer interested, no matter what the offer would be. After hearing this, they tried to butter me up with stuff like, direct hire ability (no 6 month contract) and 10k added to the initial offer with a larger sign on bonus. I still denied them and was hounded by the recruiters for a few days about it. The process wasn't bad and the people from Winsupply seemed really cool, but their benefits package is extremely poor.
