I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Winstead (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
Worked through a recruiter, met with the partner, had a great interview and liked the firm. They ultimately hired someone with more oil and gas experience. Only negative is that the hiring / notification process was VERY slow (more than 3 months before I got feedback that they were going to hire someone else).
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Winstead (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2019
Interview
Interviewers were nice and respectful. You first meet with the recruiter and then the hiring partners and practice. Overall, it was not too bad of a experience as everyone in the office was nice.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Winstead
Interview
Interviewed with an entire team. Was offered the job within two weeks but process took longer because I had to move and needed more time. They were very understanding and cooperative. The interview itself was intense as I interviewed with a lot of people from different sections. All were very nice and welcoming and revealed a lot about themselves and their practice areas. Each told me how I could fit in
