Wingify Account Development Representative interview questions

The interview was supposed to be conducted in the university. But later on we got to know that they would be taking it via VC. But some of the students were also told to give telephonic interview. There was inconsistency.I'm not degrading the company. What I feel is that the interview process must be more structured.
