The assessment was long and demanding, requiring intense focus and effort. It felt mentally exhausting and stressful, creating a high-pressure environment that left me feeling drained and overwhelmed by the end.

Question 1
How do you stay motivated and productive while working independently?
I applied online. I interviewed at Wing Assistant (Washington, DC)
Interview
Es bastante sencilla, sólo tienes que hablar de ti y luego demostrar tu nivel de inglés, esto es indispensable para poder desempeñarte con cualquier cliente, es corta y sirve como filtro inicial. Probablemente luego tengas una segunda entrevista.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wing Assistant
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and less than five minutes later I received an email to take an assessment.
The assessment consisted of ten questions completely unrelated to the job, and seemed intent on tricking the applicant.
I’ve worked at high-profile companies as a project manager and none of the questions pertained to working in corporate. Period.
One of the questions also had a typo.
After completing the assessment with 6 minutes to spare, I responded to the email letting the HR team know that their assessment questions were not written well and there was a typo. I honestly was not expecting a response, but they responded thanking me for the feedback. At the same time, I received another email letting me know I was passed up for a position there.
A successful PM that has worked on large international projects from London to LA was passed up for a VA position. I’m convinced it’s because I gave them that feedback on their weird assessment. Their loss.

Question 1
One of the assessment questions detailed a companies dress code policy, with a picture of four or five people dressed in various ways. The girl wearing a short leather skirt and fishnets was ok, but the man wearing a tie with his suit was against policy….? IN WHAT WORLD.
