Interview
Initially, I participated in a phone interview where I was asked general interview questions. The interviewers were courteous and approachable, creating a positive first impression. The second interview was conducted via Zoom and included two participants, one of whom was a manager. During this conversation, the questions were more focused on my background and experiences. The only unexpected aspect was that the manager exited the Zoom call midway through the interview.

Interview
The interview process at Windsor Communities was professional and well-structured. The interviewer was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. Questions were mostly behavioral and focused on customer service, teamwork, and how I would handle real-life situations in a residential community. The interviewer clearly explained the role, company culture, and expectations, and allowed time for questions at the end. Overall, it was a straightforward and positive interview experience.
Pretty straightforward. They focused mainly on soft skills questions and not much on technical questions, aside from general computer skills. Have some examples of experiences ready to discuss with interviewer.
