Answer and Question. Manager lets you know that this is a laid back Establishment and some customers don't want to drape. Manager makes sure you have a massage license and asks what hours you want to work. They let you know the pay is 50/50 and you keep your tips. They also let you know you will be working with at least one other therapist. Hours are 9 am - 9pm. They called me the next day and told my I could start anyday. I started the next week working various days and shifts. no benefits or vacation days.
