I selected for this 3 sections.first they selected 11 candidates for technical interview and then hr interview. But they given job offer for candidates who referred others.

Interview
There is an initial technical interview after that there will be a HR round and after that a team interaction round. Finally the HR department from windfall productions let Know the decision.
