I met with the hiring manager on location! They were very kind. I had no experience as a server and they gave me a shot. They asked questions about my experience. When I told them I didn't have any, they asked other questions about my experience talking to people and working hard. I was able to site my experience working in camps and was able to express my ability to talk to people throughout the experience.

Interview
The interview process was a sit down with the two general managers where they asked me questions about my experience, availability and about myself. They also gave me run down of the position on expectations and daily work, as well as ending with a tour of the club.
