I applied online. I interviewed at Wilson Engineers
Interview
The interview process was quite straightforward and easy. It consisted of two rounds, both of which were relaxed and conversational. The interviewers were friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. There was nothing too technical or stressful — overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wilson Engineers (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
The interviewer did not ask many questions and did not seem interested in my answers. I brought a resume and they spent most of the time reviewing it. Wilson is a great company, but if you interview with them, I would recommend knowing how to ask questions that let you tell them who you are. It's possible the interview was a formality and they had already chosen their desired candidate, too.
