Wilmington plc interview questions

Applied, well communicated prior to being offered interview, offered interview and found the communication friendly but formal. Flexibility shown around interview times was appreciated and led to a positive interview experience.

Short phone interview with the recruitment team. Most of the interview was spent with them telling me about the role rather than asking me any questions. Quite formal but still quite friendly.
