Willing Care Recruitment interview questions

Series of personality and competency questions with hypotheticals and real world examples. There were 2 interviewers, who were nice. The interview was conducted in the break room. In addition there was a booklet of benefits, and a breakdown of commission structure. Afterwards I was invited for a trial shift, but declined.

Laid back Very Open Made me feel relaxed which allowed me to answer more freely Trial day which i really enjoyed as i got the meet the potential people i may work with. Therefore leaving no surprises on day 1.
