Interview
It was a very long process. Many people you speak to and it is like a week long process. It could be shorter but I think its all for a reason. It can be very intimidating being in a room full of dressed up jailers and gleason.

Question 1
There were mostly scenario questions. Also what makes you right for the job?
The interview was fairly standard with questions such as why are you the right candidate for this position etc and what type of skills would you bring to this organization. The panel also ask about my experience with local government and organizational development.

Interview
Challenging written test and scenario based questioning. Panel Interview was pretty industry standard, meet with several department staff and answer pre-scripted questions. I understand they're now doing a virtual hiring process now, however my process was in person when I went through it.
