Williams Building interview questions

The interview process was a mess. I showed up 15 minutes early and asked to sit in a conference room that was a disaster. I sat there for about 20 minutes until someone came in. The person who came in was not the person that was interviewing me but wanted to ask a few questions. No big deal, I didn’t mind at all. He was on his way out the door but wanted to meet with me quickly. I appreciated his time and effort. He told me that someone else would be in to explain the position better. About 1/2 an hour later the interviewer came in. Again, no big deal that he was late, I wasn’t upset. He had no personality and asked me 3 questions after looking over my resume in front of me. All of which were answered by my resume. He then said, okay well I really do not have time to finish this interview so we will call you if you made it to the second round. He never told me one thing about the position. He never asked a question that couldn’t be answered by my resume. It was a waste of my time. I took a day off of work for a company that did not even have the decency to look at my resume before I arrived. The worst part was the exit, I stood up to shake his hand at the end and he stopped and looked at me confused and said “Do you need help finding the exit?” I was mortified by the lack of personality and professionalism. I would have lived homeless before accepting a job with this company.
