Personal meeting with William Mattar. I contacted him for possible work. I had done work for another attorney that he knows. He asked for my experience, and I explained that I had a written procedure that I follow. He asked me to come in to me. He didn't ask any questions. He asked me for a copy of the written procedure. He spent the entire time copying it. He didn't ask any questions after that either. He said that he would contact me, but he blew me off. I never heard from him again. He clearly just wanted to poach my work, not hire me. Total scumbag who only is where he is because of his Father, and cannot create his own work.

Where is that procedure manual that you mentioned (before he took it from me to copy)?
It’s a panel interview. Seems to be fair. At the end you can ask your questions There is a mix of behavioral situations and skill based questions. For each answer you need to provide an example.

Once you submit your application it is reviewed and you are contacted almost immediately. They schedule a time to interview you. The staff that greets you is very friendly. You interview with three people, two from HR, and one from your department. HR asks the questions from a script and takes notes.
