The initial interview is over the phone with the recruiter. It is standard and the recruiter gives a brief overview of the company and the role. They confirm if you are comfortable with the duties and pay. At the end they ask if you have any questions. The recruitment process is easy. Next, if they like you they schedule an interview for an in person or through video conference on the same call. My interview was in person and I had three interviews in total.
