Applied for Branch Manager position. They emailed me about 3 weeks later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was professional and at closing they said I would hear back by Friday. If they decided to pursue me further, we would have a face to face interview and then eventually I would meet the board of directors in Phoenix.

The interview process took about six rounds of interviews, all conducted via Zoom, spread over several weeks. Throughout these sessions, the questions were quite basic and repetitive, making the process feel unnecessarily prolonged and extensive.

Hour phone screen, HR interview via phone, lunch interview and 4 separate interviews at the corporate office with The Execuive Team. Fantastic experience- loved the final round with executives.
