They pretty much looked at different points on my action plan and said "tell us more about this"

Was not truthful and violated pay transparency laws. They knew what my pay range was and asked me to go lower even though I had already stated my minimum previously. Waste of time and predatory practices
A pannel 4-5 of your peers are selected, you get interviewed in front of them. They ask you different things like what do you expect in the position you are applying for.
