I applied for and ATL position in the Specialty department initially. I didn’t get that position however, I worked with my recto source new opportunities. We found a vacant Bakery ATL that I applied for. I was contacted by store leadership to schedule an interview. I went in for the interview and a few days later I was presented with an offer.

Question 1
Pretty standard interview. They essentially asked me to review my experience and why I thought I would be a great fit for the role.
Panel style interview with members of different departments as well as the one you're applying for. Prior to the interview, if you're an internal candidate you'll be asked to go around to the members of your department and let them know you're applying for a leadership role and ask them what you can improve on. Overall pretty uncomfortable.
Screening interivew if enough applicants apply, plus a panel interview before store leadership, team leadership, and team members. Best to visit the store before hand and ask leadership what they are looking for.
