It was pretty straightforward. We just talked about availability, what the store is like, and my previous job experience. There were two people present for the interview, the bakery manager and the assistant store leader.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market
Interview
Two people interview you, from the department. You sit in the conference room, and they just go over everything. That's about it. Nothing more to really say. Seriously I have no more to say about this.

Question 1
What cool things have you cooked? What cool things have you cooked? What cool things have you cooked?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (North Wales, PA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had applied to work at Whole Foods online and was sent an email a few days later asking "pre-interview questions." I really appreciated that. It mentioned available positions, asked me my preferences, asked what my thoughts are on customer service and what I know/love about Whole Foods. the next morning, I was called by the manager and asked to come for an interview. I met with him and his assistant and it was a very cozy interview. They are very genuine people and I felt at ease and was very comfortable talking to them. I was told I'd get a call from the department they think I'd be best in if they wanted to pursue me. A couple days later, I did. This second interview was brief, but again, very real and comfortable. I was offered the position and am excited to start!
