Phone interview followed by in person with Team Leader and Store VP. Very casual. During Covid 19. The interview was focused on my ability to get along with difficult customers, adapt to different team leader work styles. Hiring and onboarding was very smooth.

Why do you want to work here now, during Covid 19? Some customers are just never happy. How do you handle that? If we don't have what a customer wants what do you do? Do you mind working weekends? Can you work mornings sometimes?
