Interview
I applied online on the 19th of July. I got a phone call on the 27th of July which consisted of a brief screening asking my availability and such. They scheduled an interview for August 2nd which consisted of a meeting in their cafe with two supervisors. Both were very friendly and made the interview pretty comfortable. The first question was to tell a little about myself and why I wanted to work for the company. The following questions were about my previous job experience at the three most recent places I worked for. They then described the position to me in detail and asked if I had any questions, but they covered everything! They said they would follow up by Tuesday -Wednesday at the latest. I'm not sure if they meant the next day (which is today) or next Tuesday...so I am waiting for the call at this point to find out if I have an offer. I hope so because I really liked them and I love the store!
Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.
Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
