I'm not sure if this is still the process but I went through this. First I was given a group interview in which you had to work together with a team and come up with a few skits based of interactions with whole foods market customers. (Background check (takes about a week) Next if they liked you, you had an interview with store leadership. Finally you get one more interview with the department you will be working for to discuss pay and hours.
