Submitted application and received an email about 2 weeks later asking to set-up a phone screening and notifying me that candidates that moved on the the next round of interviews would be help the following week.
The email stated three dates that the phone screenings would be held and gave a time range of 9am-5pm. This was rather inconvenient for me, as I am working and cannot be by my phone 9 hours a day. I responded and requested a smaller window on one specific day and heard nothing back. The day I requested for the screening, the screener (presumably a training team member) called me 2 hours after the window I provided -- luckily I was still available.
The screening questions seemed scattered and not very precise; a lot of yes/no questions, very few behavioral questions. The screener seemed inexperienced at interviewing, which is always frustrating, and even condescending at times. I heard back that Friday letting me know that I would not be moving on to the next phase of interviewing.
