Applied online for new store and was called for group interview. Group interview was four candidates to two hiring employees at 5 tables. (20 candidates at a time) First thing they had us do is stand up and introduce ourselves and say why you wanted to work for WF.

We were given scenarios of a customer needing help with a product that we knew nothing about and had to work together to come up with solution to help customer.

I walked in and asked about my interview then they sent two employees. Both of them asked me 2 questions, then answered my question about the orientation process before ending the interview.

Completed the online assessment and then within two weeks I received a phone call to set up a in person interview. In person was straight forward, one in person interview that followed with a phone call that offered the job.

The team leader was very nice, just asked background and your overall experience if you had customer service or not. they just looking to see if you have experience, good work ethic, respectful
