They took me into the cafe and asked me about my bakery experience and how their bakery operates. It was a quick and easy process. Within less than 10min i was hired because they really needed a baker.

The process to get the job at whole foods was fine. The rest of it wasn't terrible at all. Lots of questions. Fun tour. Wouldn't recommend working there at all.
Interview process was super easy. Low pressure. Very casual. The manager was open to pay negotiation. All of the staff was welcoming and kind. The workplace was very clean and organized.
