After submitting my application online, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. My application was sent to the EA to be replaced. She conducted a phone interview. I was selected for an in person interview but ultimately wasn’t selected and was notified when I received a notification they posted the position online again. Then I received and email a few days later they decided to go with another applicant.

I was initially super excited to be invited to phone 'interview' for this position as I had long anticipated working for Whole Foods.
Sen1 0r Techn1 cal Recru1 ter was late to the call, completely checked out and seemingly had little experience or interest in interviewing me.
I did my best to self-conduct the interview providing as much information about my experience and how I would bring value to this position.
The call only lasted 10 minutes before informing me this was just a phone screen, that they were at the beginning stages and would be forwarding my resume to the VP for next steps.
A couple days later I followed up and to my surprise, was informed they finalized a candidate last week. I was selected to interview but didn't even get a fair chance to actually interview.
