Laid Back and interesting, mostly learning about me and the company and what I could bring to the company. The interviewers where nice and it was over zoom. it lasted about 30 minutes and it was not awkward

Smooth overall. Group interview with a PE and two PM's. Asked a little bit about my experience. Mostly explained what they did as a company. Everyone was very relaxed and it was an upbeat environment.

Question 1
If I was heavily invested in the construction management side.
Screening interview followed by a phone interview then they paid for me to travel out to the office and complete several interviews from team members and the VP. They paid for a hotel, dinner, and team lunch.
In person all day. Come in speak to various people who ask different questions. Then go out with team on site visits. Very nice people. Spoke to manager at the end.
