I was offered a base salary well below market and less than the salary history range I disclosed on the employment application. When I countered the offer by presenting market research, from three different sources, the offer was withdrawn without any compromise. The interview process was very pleasant and it seems to be a nice place to work, but apparently employees are not looked upon favorably when voicing concerns.

The interview process is pleasant and the office is very nice, but it seems employees are not allowed a voice given the way my counteroffer was handled.
