The interview was casual and informative. I spoke with the owner and was introduced to the current manager. The same day of my interview I was asked about my schedule and was offered a job. They were accommodating to schedules and time off.

The interview process was average, nothing too unexpected, very basic questions. There is typically 2 people holding the interview. You usually know if you get it as they give you a date of when they will call the candidates.
