I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Whistlestop (San Rafael, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I had a phone consult first, then I was called in for the first in person. Finally I was called for a second set of interviews where I met the managers of the team and the HR manager.

Question 1
How would I engage extremely busy stakeholders, because the project team is also managers of very busy teams.
The interview was held with program managers and then executive staff. The management staff is small so the interview process is rather quick in terms of not having to come back multiple days for interviews.

Question 1
Past experience, why you think you're a good fit, why your past experience is a good fit for the position. Strengths, weaknesses. For upper management positions, they were provided with an example of a project and how they would go about solving it.
The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Whistlestop in Jan 2016
Interview
I had reservations about interviewing and was told to come in anyway. Long interview and given a project to submit within a few days! Seemed enthusiastic about me as a candidate, but failed to provide any concrete info to my status inquiries - ED on vacation. Still weeks after return, no movement on hiring for the position.
