There were three rounds of interviews. Each one conducted by three different individuals. First and second rounds were just common once in which the precious experience, Designation, etc were asked and the last round was salary discussion round. Over all it was an easy interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at WhistleDrive (Hyderābād) in May 2019
Interview
Went calmly.
It's rather a discussion and it was purely an open talk.
They have explained about the examples of situations and asked if I can manage.
And later in the second half, made me to shadow on of the operations coordinator to understand the work.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WhistleDrive (Hyderābād) in Jun 2018
Interview
Need to be more strong to be an operational supervisor. Interview is not really tough but one should be strong in taking up decisions. I was unable to clear it but I was asked to attend interview after 3 months if i'm interested to give another try.
Being a fresher, I haven't attended many interviews and I haven't seen real time operational activity. I was looking at the activity at their office. Activity was high.
That Office gives a good feel.
Interviewer: Let me be a client's transportation management supervisor. I have multiple cab vendors for my company. You are the supervisor of one of our cab vendors. How do you convince me that I have to give more routings to you over other vendors?
