During the career fair I went up to Whirlpool's booth to talk with a couple of the employees. It would be an advantage to know about the different types of roles that whirlpool offers. An interview for the next day was offered. It consisted of mostly behavioral questions, but be prepared to talk about how you used engineering principles on some of the items on your resume. There were two engineers administering the interview.
