spoke to recruiter, then had an interview with a senior engineer, next stage is a take home. Friendly staff and nice interview process overall. One of the best processes i've seen so far.

- Started off with an intro call with the recruiter (great guy)
- Followed by a tech interview
- Take home tech excersize
- Final tech interview (based on the excersize)
Very straight forward and they keep you well informed what the question types will be. Overall great experience and communication with the team.

Question 1
Depends on the role for me they were all pretty standard leetcode-style questions with normal follow ups. Last stage included system design questions again pretty standard.

Interview
There was a 30 min chat with an EM and engineer, some general questions and light tech questions. Then a take-home test, which - contrary to my experience with other companies - was a small and focused task that took no more than 2-3 hours. Finally, a longer chat (~1hr) with two EM's which discussed the take-home test, some broad technical questions and ways of working, cultural subjects as well.
