Interview
The interviewers were friendly and engaging. They asked me numerous questions about what I know of the company, my skill sets, and the values I adhere to. The interview was structured well, with breaks in between.

Explain a situation when you made recommendations to senior staff that they weren't on board with.
Very straightforward and reasonable process, clearly communicated with a sensible length of time and tasks set to test ability and suitability for the job. Have no complaints about it at all.

Organised and thorough arrangements prior and, despite an absence on the day, there was no disruption to my interview which I really appreciated. It was a privilege to be interviewed by such interested and interesting members of the team.
