The hiring manager (partner) asked me extensive questions on my prior experience and asked about how I would tackle the core problems. He also asked about my willingness to work in entrpreneurial environment.

Interview
45 minute phone interview followed by in-person interview. In person interview was scheduled 3 weeks later at my request.
Interviewers were engaged and excited about my skillset, and really made me feel like they wanted me onboard.
