I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Whereoware (Washington, DC) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied through a recruiter and got the call in 2,3 days, they were looking for 2,3 years of experience. The telephonic round was going good, until the person started asking all .net Architectural level questions, I mean I was able to answer all mid level and senior level type questions then whats the point of asking Architectural level questions and in a telephonic interview what's the point of asking write a code and read it to me. either decide to hire very senior level person and do the job posting for a senior level person else don't waist your and others time. for 2,3 years experience you want to pay less but want an architect on board. The interview should be in comparison of the role and amount you are paying for the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Whereoware (Chantilly, VA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Normal process, Interviewed by phone then on site Interview, It was a technical interview and It was easy and went very well then interviewed by project management the questions were how to collect requirements from the client.
I believe I was an excellent candidate to fulfill the requirements, but no response at all, which disappointing and unprofessional.
