Interview
I received an email inviting me to do a phone interview. I emailed back with a few times that worked and the recruiter, someone from HR, called me. The phone interview took about ten minutes and was just a few questions. The zoom interview was a few days later with HR and the hiring manager. They asked for examples of times I faced different kinds of challenging situations, like an ethical dilemma at work, a time I had to go above and beyond and some others.

It was a very standard interview process. The interviewer was very polite and asked your standard interview questions. The interview lasted only about fifteen minutes but it was overall an easy process.

Interview
Sat in back office with HR representative and Bakery Department Head to discuss baker position. Both people introduced themselves. The Department Head introduced herself and listed her experience. I was very nervous and it was my first face to face interview in 3 years. I found the interview to be standard and will interview again with more preparation.
