Interview process consisted of a screening call with the recruiting team, interview with the Senior Manager of WFM and Vendor Management, completion of a case study, interview with the Senior Strategy and Operations Manager to discuss the case study, interview with the VP of Customer Experience, and interview with the Head of Launch.
I received clear and frequent communication from the team throughout the whole process; they were very transparent with expectations for the role and the interview process. I greatly appreciated the advance notice with scheduling.
It was clear throughout the interview process how each team member is passionate about the work they do; being familiar with the product and having the ability to discuss it was a MUST. Each team member I spoke with was genuine, kind, and excited about the people they get to partner with in the workplace.
