I had a fantastic experience interviewing at Whataburger for a leadership position at their corporate office. The Recruiter, Sylvia, stayed in regular contact with me during the entire 3-month process. She even took the time to learn what I was passionate about and presented several different opportunities. After we settled on the ideal position I started the interview process with the Leadership team. I had a face to face interview with the Director over their Digital team and he immediately put me ease, asked meaningful questions, and shared his inspiring Whataburger journey. I was pumped when they invited me in for a second interview with one of their female VP’s! Whataburger has a diverse leadership team which was a major selling point for me. It was another great interview with meaningful questions and telling me more about the job responsibilities. I appreciated that they wanted me to be well informed before making a decision to leave my current employer. After I met the Leadership team I was invited to meet the team members. I was blown away with how welcoming, encouraging, and open they were with me about being a Whataburger Family member. What I love most about Whataburger is their commitment to greatness and their culture.
