Walk in and did some paperwork, I got pulled by the chef he asked me a series of questions about my work ethic in food service. He showed me around. I got the job offer on the spot

Straightforward interview with easy questions. No technicals at all. HR took ages to get back to me after the first round. I was moved to a final round after. Nothing too fancy about the firm.
