it was mostly all behavioral. it was a simple phone screen with someone from hr, then an in person interview with the hiring manager and one other on the team.
I interviewed at Western National Insurance (Edina, MN)
Interview
Contacted on LinkedIn by HR asking if I was interested. Clarified that relocation was required, which it was. I was brought into the home office for an interview with four separate two person groups who basically asked the same questions.

Question 1
How would you spread the One Team initiative across all locations?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Western National Insurance
Interview
Went in for a round of interviews here, would strongly encourage others to decline this opportunity. I was met with a snobby controller and a distant-minded accounting manager. After giving some background on myself (2 years of experience relevant to this *entry-level* job), the interview proceeded to divulge into questions about comparable careers that I may be interested in - not this one I had applied for. They proceeded to grill me on knowledge and this hypothetical, irrelevant career brought up by them for the next 20 minutes. All in all, horrible interviewers, horrible overall experience, skip past this one on indeed.
