The interview was very easy and informal. I met with some engineers and my future manager. Got an unofficial offer during the meeting. They asked about my AutoCAD experience and gave me an overview of the position.

Interview
Two phone interviews with recruiters, and one in person interview with the vp of engineering. Interview was simple and low stress. Took about 45 mins with a tour at the end of the interview.
Easy, stress free and how an interview should be. Management more interested in if you'll be a good fit and easy to work with more than anything else, unlike other companies who ask pointless questions and make you take useless tests to determine your candidacy.
