First interview was virtual and went great. Was told I’d hear back in a day or two, took a week to hear back. After that I was invited to the second round of interviews, they asked my availability which I provided and then never responded. After another week or two they finally responded (after the dates they requested to interview me had passed). They then emailed and apologized for the lack of communication and told me I was still in the hiring pool and they’d be conducting second round interviews soon. Received an email the next day saying I wasn’t chosen. Terrible management and communication, very unprofessional.
