Western General Insurance Company interview questions

I was asked by the manager, first question, why did I want the job. It seemed like they were real abrupt, maybe burned out. I was told they were having a hard time filling the position, a lot of turnover.

Emailed resume via their online ad. Received a response for an in person interview. Scheduled via email with HR. Went to interview, HR put me in a conference room and set me up with some computer tests (typing, excel,claims). After that, panel interview with claims manager, supervisor, and trainer. A week later, phone call from HR offering me the job.
