I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WestRock (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018
Interview
Applied to the job and got a phone call the next day to set up a phone interview. Guy was pretty cool and asked your typical questions. Then two days later an in-person interview was set up. Had to take some personality test that was completely pointless. Came in for the in-person interview that was supposed to be a panel of 4 managers. Only two showed up.
One guy asked all the questions and I've never had someone interview me with such an attitude problem before. Things were going great until he asked me why my 3.0 GPA was so low? Felt like I was getting jabbed at over and over with questions that were completely irrelevant. Asked me what I was making now, If my boss knew I was there, etc. This guy's ego couldn't even be put on a chart and unfortunately is probably calling the shots on if you get hired or not. By the end of the interview I wouldn't even be wanting to work under this guy and I feel sorry for anyone who does.

How does your experience aligned with this position
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WestRock (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2020
Interview
First interview with Randi. Very sweet. 2nd interview was through teams. 5 people on the call, kind on intimidating to have that many people judging everything you say. I was very nervous and I think it definitely showed. I did not get offered the position. He did ask the stock price and surprisingly I knew that due to researching about the company. They did that to throw me off my game but I knew that.
