West Park Hospital interview questions

Very casual. Interview with laboratory staff without manager present. Also, a 1-on-1 interview with the manager. Discussed everything from my passions, educational background, to a real-life situation. Skills were a discussion, which I lacked due to purely educational background without clinical experience. My defense was a willingness to learn and seeking opportunities to gain experience. There is no skills testing during the interview. Familiarity with working with other departments is a plus. Being a team member in this environment was vital as they are a small department who work with each other intimately throughout every day.
