Interview
I was invited to interview with a panel which included the department head, and completed theory minute a teaching demonstration with a full class of students. I was able to choose my teaching topic and prepare in advance.

An invitation for the interview was received by email. FE colleges do not reimburse for travel expenses as they expect to have candidates local area. The interview started with 20 minutes micro teaching followed by the panel interview.
